Another Dinner...

Hey

Just a quick update on the dinner at Hougang mall's soup kitchen.

On the Menu (Set Dinner):
Sam Sui Chicken x 1
Ginger and Onion Deer Meat x 1

Fried Prawn Salad x 1
Home Recipe Tofu x 1
Lotus Root Soup x 1

It was just a very simple dinner and get together haha... Everybody enjoyed themselves!! Oh I'm using my new DSRL Canon 500 D camera.. Ain't it nice? haha

Yup That is all haha.. Alright I HAVE TO PACK for TMR!!! haah GOODNIGHT!

Ha. Finally I can post my photos online. Been having problem posting the photos. So I had to manually upload it through HTML! Tiring Procedures.

1st Event

Mummy's 55th Birthday at Spring Court.

It was kinda last minute dinner arrangment to go to Spring Court for dinner.

On the Menu:
Chinese Tea x 8+1 Kid
Peking Duck x 2
Shark's Fin with Fried Egg x 1
Bean Sprouts with Duck Meat x 1
Yam Basket
Fried Chickenwith Prawn Paste x 1
Brocolli with Scallops x 1
Noodles x 1 (Served in Bowl)
Yam Paste x 2 bowls
Birthday Cake from Prima Deli x 1

That was all we had.. First Peking Duck was $0.80 as Spring Court were having a promotion to celebrate their 80th birthday. But due to Alicia wanting more Dough Skin and Jessica wanting more duck! We ordered another Peking Duck for $55 Bucks. So in total 2 PEKING DUCK = $55.80 ONLY! HAHAHA Doesn't those picture looks Yum Yum to you, Yee Yee!!!

After dinner, as usual, the cake has arrived (sadly on request from the birthday girl), with only 1 CANDLE! She successfully and automatically reduced her age from 55 years to 10 years only! And so accompanied with a family picture below. Spring Court too had a gist of helping us take photos. And they printed the photos on spot from their veyr own camera and framed it up with they own frames. Thank You Spring Court!

Presents present on that day were a big fat Ang Bao from Ah Ma a bouquet a flowers from Jessica and a lovely hand drawn and written card from Alicia.

Besides dinner, mummy got presents from me and herself. The purple gold ring is from me! and the ear-rings and pendent was presents to herself. And just to fill up the space, I've add on my own anniversary rings too. All were from Lee Hwa Jewellery.

2nd Event

3rd Event

That was the first day Alicia took the train, even her consession card was not activated! haha.. She was so thrilled was the train and upon entering the train, she was hunting for sits! haha..

Uncle Chong's Update!

Alrightys! Uncle Chong has proven me that I'm totally not a flower kind of girl haha He has done me a great favour. Naming the flowers for me haha Take a look!

Patrick and family came over to Ah ma's house for dinner. I wasn't there as I was too tired from work. Heard from them when I went over for cake cutting session!. There was Do Re Mi chicken, salted fish fried rice and many more wow!! yummy! everybody was too full for cake but we still had to go through the ceremony haha... The cake was Durian cake, wasn't my cup of tea but mummy said that its not bad, while I had my fair share of the fruits on the top of the cake haha.. Alright my apologies for the few photos taken ONLY! haha.. but enjoy!

Alright Next in line, Uncle chong emailed me a few days ago, saying its on a resquest of Kim Kim, Sandra haha.. Photos from their Garden

I really have no idea which flowers he is saying is to which photo haha. so hopefully you all can link it yourself haha...

The roses appear a bit jaded as they have passed their prime season but will flower again in Spring (ie Sept/Oct). Also some flowers from the Melbourne Flower show which we went, Shows mainly tulips and roses and some flower design decorations.
