Jessica's 21st Birthday

Whoa!! Finally I'm done with the pictures. Had too many pictures to compile and edit. haha

Buffet dinner at my place to celebrate my 21st birthday with my family, friends and ex colleagues. Had a buffet from Stamford catering. Was really pleased with the presentation and food!! Whoa!!! I'm sure everybody had their fair share of fun at my place that day. hehe!

There were a few early birds, mainly my UOB colleagues who is my mummy's colleagues too.! Its been so long since i've since mummy playing and enjoying herself like a little kid! hehe... The ladies were Christina, Sally (went off early), Grace, Amy, Lily and Cynthia. haha the ladies open their own mahjong table and played till the food came.

I had another 21st birthday party at woodlands tt very day. It's also jerome's birthday and he had a lunch buffet haha.. so i was not home till 4 plus. And despite having no more mahjong tables to play on, Me, Melvin, and Christina played Jin Rummy on the dining table haha. Just to kill time! haha. This year we invited my neighbour to join us too haha. And i'm luckily that Laurenz didn't had to return to work and he accompanied me throughout the buffet and helping me (you will see why below) haha!

While the girls were busy playing, the guy from the catering company came to prepare the buffet table. My buffet had 10 dishes, One starter - Caesar Salad, One Dessert - Mini Desserts, One container of orange squash and 8 dishes - Algio Olio Pasta, Stew Chicken (not the in picture below), Brocolli with Mushrooms, Tempura Soft Shell Crab with Sauce, Thai Style Fish, Mutton Rendang and Seaweed Chicken. Yummy!!

It was really good food and the presentation was much better than many other resturants! haha So of course many people, especially me couldn't resist just looking at the food while waiting for everybody to arrive. We started eating first, but not long after Ma ma and the rest came. Joo Yee made Sagoo and nian gao with popiah skin! haha more desserts! had so much fun with the sagoo she made haha.. Sadly i totally forgotten to take pictures of the sagoo and paper cones! haiz!!

So contented and full, I started going around to take pictures of others. haha And guess wat Alicia has lost her two front tooth! one just dropped on Sat whilst eating Hush Brown haha..Couldn't make her do a nice smile so i had to make a candied shot of her! haha

Finally around 9 plus, we gathered everybody to have the 'cutting cake' ceremony haha.. one thing tt i hate but yet love haha... Had order a 2 kg Brownie cake with walnuts from Polar. and here goes all the pictures with my loved ones. haha

After the 'formal' pictures are done, we still continued with the informal candied photos haha.. and Thank you CK and Laurenz for cleaning up the mess after the buffet hahaha!!! I must invite you guys again next time! haha

After eating the cake and guest have left, a few late night birds stayed back and had another round of gathering and mahjong and Jin Rummy!! haha and Thanks Arshad (Amira's Boyfriend) for visiting too haha. Though he came after 2 am haha. And they played till 4 plus and headed home! haha
